Torino: La Dimora di Artemide

La scelta dell'alloggio per noi è sempre una scelta molto importante. Non basta che sia logisticamente comodo, non basta che sia pulito, ma deve essere un luogo dove trovare ristoro, dove tornare dopo una giornata di lunghe camminate e sentirsi un po' a casa, a proprio agio, coccolati dall'ambiente e dall'atmosfera. Questo è ciò che vi accadrà alla Dimora di Artemide. Al nostro arrivo c'è Ornella ad accoglierci. Con cura, attenzione e dolcezza ci mostra la dimora e tutto ciò che può servirci durante la nostra permanenza. Emma si innamora all'istante di questo posto e fin da subito si muove all'interno della Dimora completamente a suo agio, come se fosse a casa sua.
La dimora di Artemide non è un B&B, ma un luogo incantato che trasuda amore da ogni suo dettaglio. Dotata di poche camere (cosa che garantisce una certa intimità), è arredata in stile shabby chic, con un forte carattere provenzale misto ad un'eleganza molto particolare. Le sorelle proprietarie, Agnese e Ornella, hanno dedicato ad ogni aspetto estrema cura ed attenzione. La colazione viene servita in questo giardino d'inverno con vista sulla tenuta della Dimora, un indescrivibile sensazione di pace. Ancora una volta nessun dettaglio viene lasciato al caso, dal tagliere in legno a forma di cuore, alla bottiglia del latte personalizzata e una colazione di ottima qualità servita con sorrisi e tanta ospitalità da lasciarvi senza parole.
Sembra di vivere sospesi in un mondo parallelo.
La Dimora di Artemide si trova a Nichelino, a 20 minuti d'auto da Torino. Se non siete automuniti ovviamente non è la scelta più adatta, ma diversamente è un'ottima alternativa, ad un costo decisamente accessibile, per godersi la città di giorno (a Torino si parcheggia facilmente) e rifugiarsi poi la sera in questo mondo fatato.
Ancora oggi Emma ha un ricordo vividissimo di questo week end, ma non di ciò che abbiamo fatto o dei posti che abbiamo visitato, bensì della Dimora e delle sorelle che ci hanno accolto.
I bambini comunicano col cuore e con le emozioni senza i filtri e le sovrastrutture che spesso aggiungiamo noi adulti.

When we travel the choice of our accommodation is always a very important theme for us. It's not enough that it is in a good position, not enough that it is clean, but must be a place where you can feel at ease, as at home after a day of long walks, where you can feel pampered by the place and atmosphere. This is what is going to happen at the "Dimora di Artemide". At our arrival there is Ornella to welcome us. With care, attention and sweetness, she shows us the house and everything that can be useful during our stay. Emma falls in love instantly with this place and walks around completely at ease, as if she were at home.
The "Dimora di Artemide" is not a B&B, but an enchanted place that drips love from every detail. Equipped with a few rooms (which guarantees a certain intimacy), it is furnished in shabby chic style, with a strong Provençal character mixed with a very particular elegance. The owners are two sisters, Agnese and Ornella, and they have spent extreme care and attention to every ingredient of this place. Breakfast is served in this winter garden with a view on the "Dimora" estate, an unbelievable sense of peace. Once again, no detail is left to chance, from the heart-shaped wooden chopping board to the personalized milk bottle and a high quality breakfast served with smiles and lots of hospitality, leaving you speechless.
The "Dimora di Artemide" is located in Nichelino, 20 minutes' drive from Turin. If you have no car it is not the best choice for you, but otherwise it is an excellent alternative, at a very affordable cost, to enjoy the city by day (in Turin you park easily) and then take refuge in the evening in this fairy world.
Even today, Emma has a vivid memory of this weekend, but not of what we did or the places we visited, but of the "Dimora" and the sisters who welcomed us.
Children communicate with their heart and emotions without filters that instead we adults mostly add.
